Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
Support the planning and allocation process for brick-and-mortar stores, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet sales and financial goals.
- Sales Analysis:
Analyze historical and in-season sales data, providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly recaps to forecast and refine inventory plans.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams to make informed assortment planning decisions based on data and market trends.
- Reporting and Insights:
Develop and maintain reporting tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Administrative Support:
Assist in departmental tasks and processes to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in retail planning or allocation, with a strong background in data analysis and inventory management.
- Education:
