A rapidly growing lifestyle brand is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Store Planner & Allocator to optimize inventory and drive sales performance for its brick-and-mortar retail channel.

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a passion for retail and fashion, combining strategic planning and creative problem-solving skills. The Retail Store Planner & Allocator will play a key role in managing merchandise planning, inventory control, and actionable reporting to support the brand’s growth and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:

Support the planning and allocation process for brick-and-mortar stores, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet sales and financial goals.

  • Sales Analysis:

Analyze historical and in-season sales data, providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly recaps to forecast and refine inventory plans.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams to make informed assortment planning decisions based on data and market trends.

  • Reporting and Insights:

Develop and maintain reporting tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Administrative Support:

Assist in departmental tasks and processes to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience in retail planning or allocation, with a strong background in data analysis and inventory management.

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.

  • Organizational Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
