Position Summary:

As the Regional Sales Director, you will drive sales strategy, manage key accounts, and lead the execution of regional initiatives across on-premise, off-premise, and retail channels. You will be instrumental in expanding their market presence, fostering strong relationships with partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals across on-premise, off-premise, and retail channels.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retail partners to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, brand ambassadors, and internal sales teams to align strategies and maximize brand impact.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Budget Management: Manage regional budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and support to distributor teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in the spirits or alcoholic beverage industry, with a strong background in supplier-side roles.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven success in managing on-premise, off-premise, and retail accounts.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Networking: Strong industry network within the Arizona, California, and Nevada markets.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
